TY production teaser - prepare for the BEST!

Imaginations Run Wild Art Exhibition a student recognition project was held in Mercy Secondary School Ballymahon on Thursday 23rd November at 7pm. The Exhibition was opened by local Longford street artist Phil Atkinson.
The exhibition was successfully organised by 5th year art students Conor Gibson, Sandra Pawlus, Killian Conefrey, Danielle O'Leary, Shannon Guy, Brian Feeney, Chloe Freeman, Jason Moorhead, Natalia Ochenkowska, Leon Walsh and Zsaklin Greczi.

Well done to all the art students from 1st to 6th year who participated in exhibiting over 200 pieces of amazing artwork. Ms. Bruton and Ms. Ryan from Mercy Ballymahon Art Department would like to thank to all who attended.  A great night was had by all.

Our TY students took part in a Drink Drugs Awareness Campaign run by the Gardaí in Co. Longford. Jill Dennehy, Ellen Shannon, Ciara Mulligan, Niamh Dempsey and Laoise Nerney won the School Award and County Award with their movie. This was the first time Perpetual Trophy was presented and our school's name is on this trophy. Well done to all involved!
