Sport:
Commiserations to the First year boys’ football team who lost the Leinster semifinal against Rathangan. Thanks to Mr. Larkin and Mr. Kenny who coached the boys.
Hard luck to our U14 girls whose campaign in the Leinster championship came to a disappointing end last Tuesday where they were defeated by Loreto Navan in the U14 Leinster Final in Kinnegad. Although it was not to be, all players demonstrated great skill and passion right up to the very end.
It has been an outstanding year of football for this exceptional panel of players who have shown true dedication, determination and resilience all year.
A big thank you to everyone for all the support throughout the year and to the coaches Ms. McTiernan and Mr. Seery.
Thought for the week:
When you can't control what's happening, challenge yourself to control the way you respond to what’s happening. That’s where your power is.
