Basketball
Congratulations to our Under 16 girls for delivering a spectacular performance against Presentation Kilkenny last week in the Midlands Regional semi-final. While the game didn't swing in our favor, the girls' effort remained commendable. The first quarter saw us trailing 15-7, and a resilient second quarter resulted in an 8-8 tie. Despite Presentation Kilkenny pulling ahead later on, our substitutes showcased a solid effort. Overall, the girls' performance this season was exemplary, revealing significant growth in skill and confidence. We eagerly anticipate the opportunities and progress that the next season will bring. Special thanks to their coaches, Mr. McGivney and Ms. Cribben.
