Basketball
Well done to the under 16 and under 19 girls basketball teams who put up a good fight against Portlaoise and the Bower in the Division A league last week. Unfortunately we were up against strong Portlaoise teams losing both matches on Tuesday. The U16 girls bounced back with a great win against the Bower on Thursday. The U19 girls also fought hard but lost out narrowly. Best of luck to both teams going up against Tullamore this week. Thanks to their coaches Mr McGivney and Ms Cribben.
