After School Study

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

Supervised After-School Study will take place from 4.00pm to 6.00pm Monday to Thursday inclusive. 

Term 5: Monday 8th April - Thursday 30th May

Cost of Term for 1st → 5th year students: €87

For Leaving Cert Students: Monday 8th April - Tuesday 21st May (Finishing school Wednesday 22nd)

Cost of Term for 6th year students: €69

No evening study Monday 6th, Tuesday 7th & Thursday 16th May

Applications deadline is 5th April 2024 (Friday) and payment will be set up on Monday 8th April on the VSware App.

Evening Study Rules:

• Students are expected to attend each session on time and maintain a quiet and studious atmosphere.

• Parents/Guardians must email info@mercyballymahon.ie in advance of study if their son/daughter needs to leave early or will be absent from study.

• The use of mobile phones or any electronics devices (apart from iPad) is not permitted. School rules regarding the misuse of iPads will apply.

• Students must remain on the school premises for the duration of the study period.

• Any student who does not abide by these rules will be asked to leave study permanently. Thank you for your co-operation.
