After School Study

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

Supervised After-School Study will take place from 4.00pm to 6.00pm Monday to Thursday inclusive. 

Term 4 runs from Monday 24th February - Thursday 10th April 2025.

No evening study on Tuesday 11th March (school closed for JCT training), 17 & 18 March (school closed for Bank Holiday & School Holiday).

Cost of Term: €75.

Evening Study Rules:

• Students are expected to attend each session on time and maintain a quiet and studious atmosphere.

• Parents/Guardians must email info@mercyballymahon.ie in advance of study if their son/daughter needs to leave early or will be absent from study.

• The use of mobile phones or any electronics devices (apart from iPad) is not permitted. School rules regarding the misuse of iPads will apply.

• Students must remain on the school premises for the duration of the study period.

• Any student who does not abide by these rules will be asked to leave study permanently. Thank you for your co-operation.
