3 times the white of an egg
250g icing sugar
Pinch of salt
Bit of vanilla aroma
250g ground almonds or ground hazelnuts
Whole hazelnuts and almonds for the decoration
First pre-heat the oven. Then beat all the eggs and add first the icing sugar(sieving) and after that the rest carefully into the bowls. Now put little pieces on a baking paper. Don’t put them to close together they will rise! Finally put them for 20 to 30 minutes in the oven at 150 degrees.
