Academic Award
Congratulations to Michelle Laffan, Leaving Cert Class of 2022, who was presented with a UCD Entrance Scholarship at a ceremony on Wednesday 29th March in O'Reilly Hall, UCD. Awards were presented to students who achieved 560 points or more in their Leaving Certificate. Michelle is now studying Law. We wish her every success in her studies.

TY Activities
It has been a busy few weeks for our TY students. All four TY groups have now completed a Lego education workshop in association with TUS Athlone. Students also completed a First Aid course with Franky Wright as well as a Barista course with past pupil Steven Donohue. Last week, all students engaged in a Forensic Fun workshop which looked at how science is used to solve crimes. Students also enjoyed a day out at Dublin Zoo, engaging in a conservation workshop.
Soccer
Congratulations to our U19 soccer team who secured a fantastic victory over Columba College, Killucan, last week. Special mention to Steven Bawle (6th Year) and Josh Kelly (5th year) who both scored hat-tricks on the day!
GAA
Our 1st Year boys continued their campaign last week with a comprehensive victory over Mercy Kilbeggan. This sets them up nicely for the Brother Hubert semi final v Ratoath College which will take place after Easter.
